I purchased a new car from darcars the engine would not start I had Called them to let them know about the situation I was having they said I have to make a appointment so I did I drove the car to work it would not start again I had to leave the car a get someone to drive me home I was stranded with no way to get around I called the dealership and told them again about how my car would not start and that I was stranded the dealership had me bring my car there never advised me that they still couldn’t get to my car until Thursday they offered me no assistance on how long it would be before my car would be finished nor did they offer me any assistance for being inconvenienced for not having a car there attitudes where like it’s my fault the car won’t start and it’s my problem they could have cared less how I managed to get back and forth and they even said it not there fault that my care broke down even the director said that I only upset cause I didn’t get the answer I wanted the answer I wanted was how long was it going to take to look at and finish my car and they couldn’t even tell me that they didn’t offer any assistance nor did they do anything to try an make the situation better they customer service manager and director are very unprofessional and they are not helpful in facilitating problems with their customer they do not care about their customers
